The Poli Marathon is the largest recreational cycling event in Slovenia and beyond, where time and speed are not important. At the same time, it is also the largest picnic, where Perutnina Ptuj spoils participants with culinary delights.
The popular cycling marathon in Ptuj attracts cycling enthusiasts of all generations and forms of cycling. The marathon, organized by the Cycling Club Perutnina Ptuj and Perutnina Ptuj, represents the most populous recreational cycling event in Slovenia, with up to 4,000 cyclists participating. Participants can choose from three different lengths of cycling routes: 2 km (Poli Snack - for the youngest), 21.2 km (Mini Poli), and 52 km (Maxi Poli).
