Ice cream:

150 g milk

150 g cream

2 egg yolks

100 g sugar

100 g cream cheese

30 g trnič


200 g ground hazelnuts

200 g sugar

200 g butter


8 walnut kernels

50 ml water

50 g sugar

150 ml oil

200 g dried apricots

How to prepare

Beat the milk, egg yolks, cream and sugar above steam until thickened. 
Stir in grated trnič and cream cheese. Place in the freezer for 12 hours. Stir several times to make it softer. You can also use a mixer.

For the crunchy biscuit base, knead the ingredients together, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours. Shape the mixture using moulds of your choice. Oven-bake until crisp.

For decoration, mix the sugar in water, add walnuts and cook until the water evaporates. Then fry the walnuts in oil. Soak the apricots in water. Blend everything together using a powerful blender.
