NEW! Slovenia Green Wellness Route

The new Slovenia Green Wellness cycling route is a 16-day cycling plan that connects the best Slovenian spas. The route was created in partnership with the Slovenian Tourist Board, the Association of Slovenian Spas, the Slovenia Green Consortium, participating destinations and GoodPlace. It combines Slovenian natural spas, local gastronomic offer, cycling through the beautiful natural environment and sustainable hospitality. The end result is an itinerary that easily guides cyclists from one place to another and helps him explore this beautiful country in a different way. With the help of a route plan, an individual can make the trip on his own, but there is also the possibility of booking the tour with a local tourist agency.

The circular route Slovenia Green Wellness Route (SGWR) starts in Ljubljana and first heads to the north, towards the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, then to the east, through Štajerska to the mountains above the Pannonian Plain in the extreme north-eastern part of Slovenia, where it turns south, heading almost to the southern border and then returning to the capital.
