In a series of Facebook Live streams, we exclusively feature the very best Slovenian restaurants and top Slovenian chefs. This Saturday at 11 AM (CEST), Luka Košir will join us.

On a daily basis, Feel Slovenia Facebook Page provides visitors with intriguing facts and inspiration from Slovenia. Since Slovenia entered 2021 as the holder of the prestigious title of the European Region of Gastronomy 2021 (ERG), within which Slovenia pursues the goal of maintaining or strenghtening the image of a foodie destination, and gastronomy is the main communicational theme of 2021, a series of Facebook Live Streams with an emphasis on gastronomy will take place. 

This time, we invite you to join us LIVE from Gostilna Grič on 12 May, at 11AM (CEST). We will provide you with an exclusive peek into the kitchen of the renowned Slovenian chef, Luka Košir (Grič restaurant, Šentjošt nad Horjulom). What is more, he will reveal a recipe for one of his marvellous dishes. Let us recall: Chef Luka Košir has won the hearts of gourmets from near and far with his extraordinary enthusiasm and talent. Apart from being the ERG ambassador, he has also been given a number of awards:

"34-year-old Luka Košir does not hide his fascination with Swedish chefs who have turned game and remoteness to their advantage. His role models are Magnus Nilsson from the now closed Fäviken, Rene Redzepi from Noma, and all who co-created the concept of the new Nordic cuisine.
