Get your tastebuds ready: EFS 2020
Following the hugely successful 2019 premiere event, the organisers of the European Food Summit are once again bringing together great minds from around the world to Slovenia. Join us 28–30 March!
Taking place 28–30 March, The European Food Summit will feature a number of intriguing events, including culinary walks, eventful dinners (such as the historic premiere of the ultimate culinary experience) and an expert gastronomy-oriented summit headed by Ana Roš, named World's Best Female Chef in 2017, and Andrea Petrini, one of the most influential people in the world of gastronomy.
Bringing together great minds from around the world, the European Food Summit will highligh the importance and power of food in its entirety.
The project is supported also by the Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) and Ljubljana Tourism. The EFS' mission is to become Europe's top culinary event and a unique platform that co-creates Europe's sustainable future, which goes in line with the general orientation of the development of the Slovenian tourism.
