Slovenia at WTM London Virtual: a destination for 5-star gastronomic experiences
A special year deserves special events: this year, WTM London's 100% virtual. The new dates for the event are 9 – 11 November. Slovenia will present itself as a sustainable destination for 5* gastronomic experiences.
The 41st World Travel Market should take place in London. However, the current situation prevent it from happening in a real world. Thus, the event will be carried out virtually, under the slogan "Recover". Rebuild. Innovate”. The organisers invited the world's tourism trade to join them and "focus on restoring and developing the travel & tourism industry together".
The virtual event will take place across three days (9–11 November), from 7am-10pm, to allow access from the different zones across the globe. The live conference sessions and forums will be tackling some of the issues the industry is facing today, as well as speed networking sessions, one-to-one meetings, and virtual networking opportunities.
The Slovenian Tourist Board, along with 13 Slovenian tourism providers and destinations, will also be present at WTM London Virtual. The number of the virtual exhibition space is VB84. You will have a chance to get to know Slovenia as a European Region of Gastronomy 2021, learn about sustainable gastronomy and see the premiere of the new gastronomy video.
