Condé Nast Traveller ranks Slovenia in the top 40 most beautiful countries in the world
Luxury travel magazine Condé Nast Traveller presents Slovenia as a country that is located between Italy and Austria and touches the Adriatic Sea. Readers can discover that all the views of the Julian Alps are wonderful, and the most beautiful are seen in the background of Lake Bled. Slovenia is convincing as a green, active and healthy destination.
Every year, the World Economic Forum (WEF) releases their Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Report, a survey that ranks the world's countries based on various factors, from safety to life expectancy and natural resources. The list takes into consideration details like the total number of animal species, the number of UNESCO World Heritage sites, and the "attractiveness of natural assets". This year’s results are as stunning as ever, and also include Slovenia. Conde Nast Traveller pulled the top 30 countries from the WEF's report, and added 10 countries as the editors’ personal selection to the list. You can see the list here.
