Terme Zreče adds a new hotel to its offer – The Atrij Hotel

In November, Terme Zreče will open a new 4-star hotel, significantly upgrading the offer of this natural health resort, embraced by the Zreče Pohorje mountain range, and completing the image of the existing Dobrava 2000 Hotel as an architectural whole with an atrium. In designing the hotel, all principles for a “Green Hotel” were taken into consideration. This will meet the criteria for the “EU Marjetica” environmental emblem.

With the new four-star Atrij Hotel, Terme Zreče will acquire 45 new rooms with 100 beds (31 double-bed rooms, 3 wellness suites with a shower, a bathtub and a sauna, and 5 duplex wellness apartments with a bathtub and a sauna), an extended restaurant with 173 additional chairs, a modern conference centre (5 new seminar rooms) and new wellness areas at the Idila Wellness Centre.

The offer for relaxation and an enjoyable stay at the Idila Wellness & Spa Centre provides various ‘worlds’ and experiences. Namely, the Massage World of the Far Lands of Sawaddee, where the guests will enjoy traditional Thai therapy and ayurvedic massage with a pleasant oriental ambience, the World of Romance, where carefully selected pampering with warm colours will give couples the perfect romantic experience, and the Spa & Beauty Centre, which includes mountain wellness along with face and body care, pedicure and manicure.

Terme Zreče is a modern health resort embraced by the rich woods of the green Pohorje with excellent natural conditions: the akratothermal water, the Pohorje peat and the healthy mountain climate, which are complemented by various rehabilitation processes and accompanied by an attractive wellness offer. The renowned Rogla climate health resort, located at 1517 meters above sea level and only a half-hour drive away from the health resort, is suitable for people with pulmonary disease and respiratory organ disorders due to the climate’s soothing effects, while at the same time it is also a summer sports and winter ski centre with numerous sports and recreation activities. In addition to Terme Zreče and Rogla, Unitur also manages Krvavec, the summer and winter sports centre in the immediate vicinity of Ljubljana.

The new Atrij Hotel is a welcome addition to the offer of the existing Dobrava 2000 Hotel****, intended for relaxation and business meetings, and the Dobrava Hotel***, at which Terme Zreče, as one of the fifteen Slovenian natural health resorts, offers rehabilitation after surgery. There are also four-star Terme Zreče Villas in the well-groomed park with ten apartment houses.
