Let’s start the day in the City of the Counts. Celje is a city that prides itself on its rich history. In medieval times, the town drew its power and pride from the Counts of Celje, who spread the splendor of the three stars of Celje across Europe. We will continue to the Celje Castle complex, which is the most important and largest medieval castle project on our territory. We will stop for sightseeing of the remains of the castle.

Afterwards, we continue to Maribor, Slovenia`s second biggest city, which was the European capital of culture in the year 2012. It lies along the banks of the river Drava, at the foot of the Pohorje mountain range, where the women`s Alpine Skiing World Cup competition for the Golden Fox Trophy is held annually. Maribor, nicknamed ‘City of wine’, is famous for the world`s oldest wine, planted over four hundred years ago. The city welcomes you.
