In the past, Vila Vipolže was a hunters' lodge of the Counts of Gorizia, used as a summer residence. In the first half of the 17th century, the building underwent a massive reconstruction, making it an exquisite Renaissance villa in a rectangular form, with two angular towers leaning against it and with Venetian décor. Today, the Vipolže renaissance mansion radiates the spirit of connection between different worlds and people. A number of cultural events, including exhibitions and concerts, as well as congress meetings and educational events (such as MasterClass Rebula) take place.
