SLOVENIAN INCOMING WORKSHOP (SIW) is the flagship B2B tourism event in Slovenia which offers time-efficient meetings with renowned Slovenian tourism providers. Slovenian Tourist Board was extremely proud to host in 2018 in Kranjska Gora, 200 participants coming from 164 different companies and 40 countries, and 231 Slovenian partners from 149 different companies.

Extraordinary feedbacks from SIW participants

Slovenian Incoming Workshop did not only register a record number of foreign participants and Slovene partners, but also extremely positive feedbacks that were detected in the SIW Survey of Satisfaction.

SIW Survey of Satisfaction showed that 98% of foreign participants and 94% of domestic participants were satisfied with the event. Both foreign and domestic participants highlighted above all the great opportunity of establishing new contacts, the well-selected business partners, as well as the extremely good organization of the whole event and of the workshop. Additionally, both pointed out the great consideration and professionalism of the SIW team, the high quality catering services, the efficient application system for the event and the received material upon registration. 91% of foreign participants were also particularly satisfied with the study tours, besides the organization, the program and the professional tour guides, they appreciated as well the fact that they could visit so many diverse locations in such a limited time. The survey also showed that Slovenia's advantages over the other countries were recognized in its diverse and wide range of offer, in its natural beauties, in the kindness and hospitality of people, small size and well developed tourism.

It is extremely encouraging that this year's SIW compared to last year's edition proved to be in almost all parameters at least equally or better organized.
