Are You Ready for New Adventures?

Under the slogan Are you ready for new adventures?, the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre is inviting exhibitors to participate in the TIP 2009 Tourism and Leisure Fair, to take place next year between 22–25 January.

New features will be coupled with the traditional presentations:
1. Slovenian tourism offer by individual destination: in cooperation with the Slovenian Tourist Board an award will be presented to the project Next Exit – Byways are more attractive than highways, local tourist organisations will be showcasing their activities, and the Tourist Association of Slovenia and various tourism societies will hold lively and colourful presentations of traditional handicrafts, customs and cuisine.
2. Presentation of global tourist destinations and various tourist service providers (tour operators and travel agencies, transport providers, airports, health resorts, hotels…)

Along with convention tourism, camping equipment and boating trade shows, the programme will also include four new programme segments dedicated primarily to quality leisure activities:
• Cycling
• Surfing
• Nautical tourism
• Golf

The fair will also host a rich programme of side events, with renowned speakers from home and abroad, for professional audiences and the general public.

The Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre is inviting you to take part in the new tourism adventures, to present your ideas of how to spend quality spare time, and to bring the world and Slovenia closer to visitors hungry for new adventures.

The closing date for applications is 30 October 2008. For applications submitted before 30 June exhibitors get 10% off on unfurnished exhibition space.
