In the wine cellar Zalatel, we try to maintain in the white wines their varietal character and freshness; and in the red wines the elegance is made perfect by maturing in oak barrels. The selection of wines is based on the most typical varieties of the Goriška brda’s viniferous region: Rebula, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignonasse, Pinot White, Yellow Muscat, Malvazija and Sauvignon among white wines, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc among red wines.
