The Kozjansko region is a genuine treasury of the preserved traditional rural building heritage.
The most beautifully preserved authentic farmhouse of the Kozjansko region stands in a pleasant setting in Dobje pri Planini. From its construction around 1830, this simple wood building typical of western Kozjansko was the home of a small farmer. It still retains its original identity in the arrangement of rooms characteristic of houses with a “black” kitchen.
