The AVIN farm is located on Gradišče at Vipava. Their main agricultural activities are those connected to grapes. Numerous awards and honours, received by the master Franc Andlovic for his wines, clearly indicate that he is an excellent winegrower.
In Andlovic's wine cellar, one can degust different sorts of wine: - Pinela, - Ribolla, - White pinot, - Sauvignon, - Riesling Italico, - Malvasia, - Zelen, - Cabernet Sauvignon, - Merlot and a dessert wine, Pikolit, made from dried grapes.
Each year, they organise the traditional Vipava osmica (an 8 day long event in small villages, where installed restaurants sell wine and food) twice: in the pre- Easter and pre- Christmas time. In that time, they offer, besides a wide range of wines, domestic meat products, štruklji in strudels.
