The Koritnica river has chiselled a 500 m long and 70 m deep ravine in its thousand year long journey towards the south and represents one of the greatest attractions in the Bovec area.

Already at the bridge which spans the river an attractive, dazzling view opens into its dark depths.

approximately 4 km along the road from Bovec to Log pod Mangrtom to the Kluže Fortress (Trdnjava Kluže).
