Rakičan castle near Murska Sobota is a multi-winged structure whose Renaissance elements were remodeled in the Baroque era. Ongoing renovations are restoring the wings to their former luxurious condition, and Rakičan is again becoming an attractive country manor surrounded by a magnificent park. Numerous exotic trees are found here, as well as an oval neo-Gothic chapel.  
Its riding school offers lessons for beginners and for those wishing to improve their riding skills, and horses can be hired from the manor stables. Those who find riding too demanding are invited to enjoy a carriage ride, and children can explore their fantasy world riding on the children's train.
