Vidonci is a dispersed settlement lying at the source of three streams that join together in its central part. An important road between the centre of Prekmurje, Murska Sobota and the Porabje/Vendvidék region of Hungary runs through Vidonci. The people of Vidonci look with pride at their past. Although life here has not always been rosy, they have managed to overcome many obstacles and continue to do so today. This fills them with optimism when they look to the future. They believe that through their joint efforts they will achieve many goals at which their descendants, too, will look back with pride.
