The Ministry of Economy acquired the "Metodologija za stalno spremljanje zadovoljstva turistov" (“The Methodology for Continuous Monitoring of Tourist Satisfaction”) manual on the basis of the targeted research project.

The Methodology for Continuous Monitoring of Tourism Satisfaction

The Ministry of Economy acquired the "Metodologija za stalno spremljanje zadovoljstva turistov" (“The Methodology for Continuous Monitoring of Tourist Satisfaction”) manual on the basis of the targeted research project. This manual is intended for those who plan, execute and monitor the activities of hotel and tourist destination offers who are also interested in the satisfaction of the guests and in how to systematically increase that satisfaction. The contractor of the public contract has developed an integrated, universal and simple model for measuring tourist satisfaction in Slovenia – in Slovenian, English, German and Italian. The Questionnaire is based on world-established models of consumer satisfaction (particularly on the American Consumer Satisfaction Index – ASCI), but has been adapted to the specifics of the tourism sector.

The Tourist Destination Questionnaire is available in four languages:
• Slovenian
• English
• German
• Italian

The Hotel Questionnaire is also available in four languages:
• Slovenian
• English
• German
• Italian
