The results of the passenger satisfaction survey performed at Ljubljana’s Jože Pučnik Airport at the end of 2007 show that the airport’s best characteristics are its friendly personnel and the attractive exit section of the passenger terminal.

The results of the passenger satisfaction survey performed at Ljubljana’s Jože Pučnik Airport at the end of 2007 show that the airport’s best characteristics are its friendly personnel and the attractive exit section of the passenger terminal. Among its other advantages are its organisation, cleanliness and its relative small size and the passengers warmly welcomed the introduction of the free wireless Internet connection as well. The web check-in application was also well received as the survey results have shown that passengers desire alternative possibilities when checking-in for flights. This application has gained in popularity since its inception at the start of this year and is expected to attract 300,000 passengers annually. More information is available HERE.
