The Conference on Good Practice and the E-Learning Opportunity

On Thursday, 6 March 2008, the Center Evropa in Ljubljana will hold a free Conference on Good Practice and the E-Learning Opportunity, intended for directors and HR managers from the tourism sector. The purpose of this conference is to stimulate the integration of e-learning with the existing practices in Slovenia. At the conference, existing good practice examples will be presented, along with the advantages and the challenges e-learning and the ABATA project bring. The goal of the ABATA project is to implement e-learning in the HRM systems of small and medium-sized companies. The conference will be executed in the form of lectures and workshops on the main challenges in the field of HRM and on overcoming these challenges through the implementation of e-learning into everyday practice.
