Iztok Altbauer Secretary of Slovenian Spas Community

Fifteen Slovenian natural health resorts, members of the Slovenian Spas Community, gathered at the 49th regular meeting of the Assembly on 12 March 2008 and appointed Iztok Altbauer as secretary for a term of four years. Altbauer, with over twenty years of experience in tourism – he was, among others, head of sales promotion in foreign markets with the Slovenian Tourist Board, and chairman of the Globtour board of directors for the last three years – joins the community with the priority target to upgrade the promotion & sales in this economic interest group for spa products.
