Finalist Candidates for Sejalec 2008 Award Known

Every year the Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) holds a competition of creative and innovative achievements in tourism that contribute to the increase in the recognition of Slovenian tourism offer. This year, too, the time has come to announce the finalist candidates for the Sejalec 2008 Award, who were selected by a seven strong expert committee.

Every year the Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) holds a competition of creative and innovative achievements in tourism that contribute to the increase in the recognition of Slovenian tourism offer. This year, too, the time has come to announce the finalist candidates for the Sejalec 2008 Award, who were selected by a seven strong expert committee.

The candidates are:
01. Krvavec Eskimo Village
02. Matjaž's Homestead on Paha – The Story of Cviček
03. Little Bargeman's route on the Ljubljanica River
05. REKREATUR – cycling race across Slovenia
08. The Walks of Peace in the Soča region
09. Seduction by language
12. Beekeeping product
13. Roman dinner at Terme Ptuj
15. International Wild Flower Festival
16. Adventure park Jezersko
18. Playful interior design solutions of the City Hotel
19. Slovenia Through Art on TV Slovenija
20. Environmentally-friendly Terme Snovik
The committee will pick the finalists from among these candidates, pay them a visit, and then name the winners. They will be announced at the annual Slovenian Tourist Board Tourism Forum in December.
