Ljubljana Airport opens its doors

Aerodrom Ljubljana, in cooperation with its business partners, is preparing an "open month". The airport will be open to visitors every weekend from 19 April to 17 May.

At the beginning and end of the "open month", Aerodrom Ljubljana will organise free guided tours of the airport – on 19 April and 17 May at 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Visits will take place in groups of up to 30 people. A visit will last three hours and needs to be booked at least three days in advance by sending an e-mail to lea.jarc@lju-airport.si or by telephoning on 04 20 61 115. Cooperating in the visits are Slovenia Control (the company that provides air navigation and air traffic control services in Slovenia's airspace), the Customs Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (Brnik Airport Branch), Adria Airways and the Police Aviation Unit.
Besides free visits to the airport, there will be special offers for visitors from the airport's catering and retail services, a special range of panoramic flights and tourism packages.
