Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, which are returning to Europe after 12 years, will not just be a sporting spectacle, but a multi-faceted international event. With 10,500 athletes taking part and the chance to fulfil their sporting goals in life, countries will also be looking for business oportunities.

The Chair of the Olympic Committee of Slovenia, Franjo Bobinac, who visited Paris together with his colleagues, signed a contract to rent the premises for the Slovenian House for the duration of the Olympic Games. The location of the Slovenian House is in La Villette Park, which will be very well logistically connected to the Olympic Village. Also some of the most prominent Olympic teams, including the French team, will be located there.

The aim of the Slovenian House during the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris is to showcase Slovenia's country, economy, tourism, agriculture, cuisine, culture, science etc., which will be linked to sport, partners and fans from all over the world.

The STB and the Olympic Committee of Slovenia have entered into a strategic partnership to communicate Slovenia as a sports and tourism destination, with a focus on the upcoming Olympic Games. The aim of the partnership is to further unify and intensify communication on domestic and foreign markets and to implement the first coordinated national promotional campaign for Slovenia at the Olympic Games. It is also important to share common values: promoting outdoor activities, healthy lifestyles at all ages, presenting Slovenia as a sustainable destination for sports experiences, events and preparations. As part of the overall communication, special attention will be given to the national I feel Slovenia brand.
