Slovenia Green Documentary wins gold at Japan World's Tourism Film Festival 2023

On Thursday, 16 March, the winners of the 5th Japan World's Tourism Film Festival 2023 have been revealed in Shiga. Slovenia Green Documentary was awarded by the international jury with the Gold Award in the Travel & Tourism (DOC) category.

 
Slovenia Green Documentary wins gold at Japan World's Tourism Film Festival 2023

The Japan World's Tourism Film Festival 2023, held in Shiga from 14 to 16 March, announced the winners.

The 5th edition featured 1418 entries from over 100 countries, showing the power of video to inspire travel and promote cultural exchange. The International Grand Prix was assigned to Jiwa Jagad Jawi, a video from Wonderful Indonesia that features impressive storytelling and images to entice people to explore the Island of Java's rich history, deep cultural roots, and spirituality. 

The festival awarded 20 other videos in the International Competition in categories related to the promotion of tourism destinations, products, and services, as well as Travel & Tourism DOC, where Slovenia Green Documentary was awarded gold.
