Fifth exhibition of Easter Eggs of Four Countries – this time online

The exhibition features the works of 15 exhibitors from four countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Austria. Exhibitors who kindly responded to the invitation to participate prior to the declared epidemic include individuals, amateur artists and associations as well as two masters entered in the Register of Living Heritage: Eva Tivadar from Kamovci and the recently deceased Elizabeta Urisk from Dobrovnik. Since the latter participated at all Easter exhibitions held so far in the tower, the inclusion of her batik eggs on this year’s event is the organisers’ tribute to her work.

Because the tower has been closed for visitors since 16 March and the Easter egg exhibition, which draws a lot of attention every year, cannot be seen live, the organisers decided to hold the exhibition in video format. Users can see the video exhibition on www.vinarium-lendava.si, on the Lendava tourism site www.lendava-lendva.si and on Vinarium Lendava’s social media – Facebook and Instagram. The exhibition is on display as of Maundy Thursday.
