For 6 years in a row, Triglav the rock Ljubljana has been offering the best climbers in the world the opportunity to climb in the city centre; on a bouldering wall with the exceptional backdrop of Ljubljana Castle and a unique climbing challenge above the Ljubljanica River. What makes climbing and the climbing wall special is that it allows us to develop a unique story and scenery. The climbing part of the competition is primarily aimed at professional climbers, but recreational climbers will also be able to enjoy it. To make the event truly big and accessible, the centre of the capital will become a real outdoor climbing park for all those interested in the sport.
This year, competitors will compete in bouldering. The competition will be held in duels, which means that each of the competitors will climb on one wall. Due to the nature of the event and the climbing wall, experts in the field of climbing competitions will prepare a completely new competition system. With a project that has never been seen before in the climbing world, we want to show that climbing has no limits.
