HONEY AND SPICE BISCUITS

You will need the following ingredients:

500 g all-purpose flour

150 g butter at room temperature

120 g powdered sugar

180 g Slovenian honey

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg

4 tsp of mixed cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise (mix and strain or sift)

 

Preparation of dough and baking:

Mix all of the ingredients into a smooth dough. Form biscuits in any desired shape, using forms or by hand, place them on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

To make them even better, have your children help in the preparations and have a biscuit baking party!
