Historical Archery Tournament

Experience historical archery at a thousand-year-old castle.

A group of archers in medieval costumes aim longbows outdoors with focused expressions. They stand on lush green grass under trees, suggesting a historical reenactment.

Archers in mandatory historical equipment compete in shooting at both 3D and traditional historical targets. Targets for both competitions are set up in the stunning natural surroundings of Bled Castle.

The final round takes place in the castle park, on landscaped natural terraces, and can also be followed by visitors. The experience is exceptional for both competitors and spectators, as you can observe the precision and focus of the archers from the front row.

The event is further enriched by a varied accompanying programme.

For safety reasons, access to the competition area will not be permitted. However, part of the event and the final round can be viewed in the park. The Bledec and Višce footpaths will be closed, while all other paths will remain open.
