On September 19, join us on a cycling tour along the artistic trails around the city center.
On September 19 at 5:00 p.m., join us on the Cycling Guide following artistic trails around the city center, where we will discover Maribor's public monuments and artistic interventions. We will circle through and around the city center and see the artistic traces that give our city a recognizable stamp.
We will meet monuments to famous people such as Anton Martin Slomšek or Rudolf Maister, we will delve deeper into the meaning of the form of the NOB Monument and look for some modern installations, such as the Petra Varl Poljub mural or the completely new installation of Metka's skewer on Lent. We will finish on Smetana Street, where the participants will be able to join another event within Mobility Week. Bicycles can be rented at two nearby MBajk stations or the Maribor Mobility Center.
The guide will be in English and is free of charge.
