The unique culinary event features over 40 top JRE chefs from four different countries (Slovenia, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland) who will exchange restaurants for one day.
The Chef's Roulette has randomly assigned chefs to different restaurants from the participating countries. Who will end up where will remain a secret until the first course. Reserve your seat at Ošterija Debeluh, Restaurant Strelec, or Grič and let yourself be surprised. Each JRE chef brings their unique approach and flavors, so we promise to prepare dishes that will delight you, even though you won't know who and what will be cooking for you until the end.
