Fric the Elf and Santa's Post

Far to the north lives the friendly, white-bearded Santa Claus, accompanied by his loyal assistant, Fric the Elf. Fric has a special task: every day, with a slight smile, he listens to the wishes of children brought by the winter wind and quietly whispers them to Santa Claus so that they may come true on Christmas Eve. His fairy-tale house is hidden in a magical corner of Moravske Toplice. From Thursday to Saturday, between 3 and 6 p.m., a warm light shines there, inviting all children to come and write down their most secret wishes and entrust them to the friendly Fric.

When Fric receives a letter, he puts it in his magic bag and takes it straight to Santa's kingdom in the north! Every child who sends a letter to Santa will be treated to a special magical moment and a little surprise in the office.

Santa's office opening hours: December 12-14, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. December 19-21, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
