At the beginning of December, when the seasonal lights illuminate the whole city, Festive Maribor kicks into full swing: Glavni Trg opens up its Christmas Market with food and great holiday gift ideas, Trg Leona Štuklja invites visitors to come on an empty stomach, with concerts slated there for the second half of the month, and the Fairy Town Festival gets underway.
Downtown visitors can catch festive moments at the exhibition spots of the Magical Gallery, and kids can look forward to meeting Father Frost.
