Winter Fairy Tale 2024/25

The programme of the Bled Winter Fairy Tale will take place between 29 November 2024 and 5 January 2025. 
Winter Fairy Tale 2024/25

The Winter Fairytales 2024/25 programme will take place in Bled between 29 November 2024 and 5 January 2025.

A music programme will be organised on the Lakeside promenade every weekend, from Friday to Sunday, with daily events from 23 December 2024 to 5 January 2025.

The music programme will include performances by folk music ensembles and rock and pop artists. A children's programme will take place on Sunday mornings, and a New Year's Eve party will be organised for the youngest children. The series of events will also include the traditional Friendship Circle event and one of Bled's most beautiful events, the Legend of the Sunken Bell.

Children are invited to the Land of Children's Dreams, a creative corner where they will make decorations for the Good Wishes Tree using recycled materials, and create drawings, letters and good wishes for the letterbox that receives Letters to Good People. These will be handed over to the residents of the Janko Benedikt Home for Seniors in Radovljica.

The focus of the events will be on "Romantic Bled", with an emphasis on additional New Year lighting, quality content on the promenade and the installation of an ice skating rink.

The romantic image of the Alpine pearl is enhanced by a new magical decoration, which sheds even more light on the authentic paradise of Bled. The surrounding villages are dressed up in festive costumes, and light sculptures light up the promenade. 

The Winter Fairy Tale will be open:

Sunday to Thursday: 13:00 - 20:00 Fridays, Saturdays and the period from 23 December 2024 to 5 January 2025: 11:00 - 22:00 New Year's Eve: 11:00 - 2:00

​The craft houses are open from 13:00 to 18:00 during the week and from 11:00 to 18:00 from Friday to Sunday.
