The Cédez Cello Quartet is composed of four highly successful Slovenian cellists of the younger generation, winners of top prizes at national and international competitions. They have studied at prestigious music institutions in Europe (Mozarteum University Salzburg, Zurich University of the Arts, Amsterdam Conservatory and the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna). For the members of the quartet, chamber music represents the pinnacle of their musical creativity, and playing in such an ensemble is also the fulfilment of their professional and personal aspirations. With the Cello Quartet, which is very popular abroad, and its high level of performance, they want to bring themselves closer to the widest possible Slovenian audience.
