Love Istria – a new promotional video

It has been for more than a year now, since four Istrian municipalities - Piran, Koper, Izola and Ankaran - have started presenting themselves under the common brand Love Istria. This resulted also in the common promotional video, which was released to immediate success. It reached 20,000 organic views and 380 shares in only three days. That number has now risen to 32,000 views and more than 500 shares. The video, which can be viewed on the Love Istria YouTube channel, was produced in steps, from May to October 2018, in close cooperation with Kleva Films production team. It includes 24 shorter, 15-second videos.

The recording took a long time, but with a reason: the aim was to cover as many varieties of tourism in Istria as possible. Istria hides numerous beautiful locations, breath-taking views, excellent cuisine and plenty of opportunities for unforgettable experiences throughout the year. The video was recorded at various locations, including the Sečovlje salt pans, Debeli rtič, coastal towns including Izola, Piran, Portorož and Koper, as well as the homestead Ražman in Gračišče, Medljan Farm Tourism in Cetore, Lisjak olive groves above Strunjan, truffle-hunting with the Istraterra agency, the Brič estate over the Dragonja valley, Thalasso Spa Lepa Vida and others. Many locals and local tour operators participated in the filming. The video showcases their good will and love for Istria.
