Participate in Bled Water Festival

Bled Water Festival takes place in the iconic Alpine town of Bled, known for its beautiful lake and island, the castle and the delicious kremšnita cake. The 2-day programme, from 15th to 16th June 2017, builds awareness of water and its problems and offers solutions, as well as promoting the sustainable development of our green, active and healthy country.

The organisers of the International Bled Water Festival are seeking new trends in a different understanding of water; water environments – different solutions that consider the entire water cycle and will improve the quality of life in the future, while at the same time preserving the water environment. Together with the help of the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Environment and Energy of the Republic of Croatia, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia, they are organising an open call competition on water use.

They want to discover and reward your innovative ideas in the field of water use and sustainable use of water sources, working on improving the water footprint. You can apply to enter the contest in three different categories: corporate, national or individual projects. The applications are open until 31st May 2017.
