Slovenian restaurants in Goût de France / Good France project

Fifteen restaurants from Slovenia will participate in this year’s culinary project Goût de France / Good France. A total of 2,000 chefs on all five continents will join the project. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will prepare menus with French dishes given the chef’s personal touch. Goût de France / Good France brings the values of sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.

For the third consecutive year, “Goût de France / Good France” will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on the first day of spring, 21st March 2017. High-end culinary evenings will be held in 15 Slovenian restaurants, including JB Restaurant in Ljubljana; Janez Bratovž was the country’s first media chef and the first to appear on The World’s 100 Best Restaurants list.

Top Slovenian chefs will prepare a special dinner as a combination of French and local cuisine. Dishes will be prepared with an innovative approach, using fresh seasonal and local ingredients, with an emphasis on healthy food. Have you already made your reservation?
