Winter Olympic day at Rogla

The Olympic Committee of Slovenia is organising a sports day at Rogla ski resort, which will mark one year until the beginning of the Olympic Winter Games at Pyeongchang‎, South Korea. The event is ideal for families and snow and sports enthusiasts.

The countdown to the Olympic Winter Games Pyeongchang 2018 has begun. On 25th February, exactly one year before the start of the greatest winter sports event, Rogla ski resort will host a Winter Olympic day. The main organiser is the Olympic Committee of Slovenia, who will also accompany the Slovenian athletes to South Korea at the beginning of 2018. Don’t miss the opportunity for a fun day in the snow by competing in sports challenges, meeting Slovenian Olympic champions and learning about different sports disciplines.

Programme:

  • Olympic sports challenges
  • More than 7 snow challenges for everyone (giant slalom, cross-country skiing, mini ski jumping, ice hockey penalty shots, skijoring, sledging, snow bowling, winter hiking, snow darts, etc)
  • The presentation of different sports disciplines
  • In the sport challenges you will have the help of former Olympians and members of the Club of Slovenian Olympians
  • Attractive events: entertainers, DJs, contests and medals for the most ambitious youngsters
  • Children will be entertained by the fox mascot Foksi, which is always ready for a new challenge!
