Slovenia a special guest at the Travel Blogger Meetings at FITUR

Within the framework of Spanish trade show, FITUR 2017, in Madrid, and in cooperation with Travel Blogger Meetings (TBM), which brings together all the Spanish-speaking bloggers from Spain, Europe and South America, Slovenia held a presentation of our green, active and healthy land. The presentation was attended by over 150 participants, which is a record number for similar events by TBM.

At the beginning, the assembled guests were addressed by the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in Spain, Renata Cvelbar Bek, the Director of Tourism Ljubljana, Petra Stušek, and a representative of the Slovenian Tourist Board, Brina Čehovin, who took care of the planning, organisation and execution of the event in collaboration with partners.

The event was dedicated to the presentation of Slovenia and experience in our green, active and healthy land by Spanish bloggers, who proved to be excellent, committed ambassadors for Slovenia. Sofia Pineiro, Community Manager at Search Projects, introduced the Lotto Young Adventurers project with the première of the video Live your Dream in Slovenia, as an invitation to the Spanish and Spanish-speaking bloggers to participate in a special contest: Live your next adventure in Slovenia. Participants of the Travel Blogger Meeting were also able to listen to presentations on adventures around Slovenia by Miriam Tejada (Adonde quiera que vaya), Miguel Blanquer (Viaja por libre) and Arianna González (Andurriante Blog de Viajes), and a journey through Slovenia by motorbike by TV host Miquel Silvestre (Diario de un Nomada).
