Feel Slovenia in Air France and Travie magazines

Air France Magazine, the official media of the French airline, has published a feature about Ljubljana, the European Green Capital 2016. The article focuses on biking possibilities in Ljubljana and its routes for cyclists. On the other side of the world, the Korean magazine Travie has prepared a special story about our green, active and healthy land. Journalists have visited Slovenia and its attractions – Ptuj, Maribor, Bohinj and Bled, Ljubljana, Piran, Predjama Caste and Postojna Cave.

“With its picturesque streets and squares in the historic centre, and network of cycle lanes extending to the outskirts, Slovenia’s capital is ideal for leisurely exploration on two wheels,” begins the article about Ljubljana, the European Green Capital 2016 in Air France Magazine. Ljubljana is known as one of the friendliest cities in Europe. Enjoy a ride on your own bike, or take one from the self-service bike borrowing system `BicikeLJ`. The system has 300 bikes with 600 parking places at 31 stations in the broad city centre area.

Ljubljana as the European Green Capital, Maribor, Postojna Cave and other Slovenian attractions have inspired journalists at Korean Travie magazine to write the article “Slovenia”. The cover features a picture of the romantic coastal town of Piran, which is an introduction to a 10-page story in the magazine. The article is available in Korean, but you can get inspired by the beauty of Slovenia on the official website of green, active and healthy Slovenia.
