New Hotel Bioterme in Mala Nedelja

In Mala Nedelja in the Slovenske gorice area, the new four-star Bioterme Hotel has opened its doors, and offers a complex with a fully functioning thermal spa, the Bioterme Mala Nedelja. This state-of-the-art hotel combines modern hotel comforts with a freshness, a sense of nature and the traditions of our forebears. The coexistence of nature and the modern facilities of the hotel complex, based on environment-friendly construction and using its own energy sources, creates an ideal interweaving in all of its programmes and orientations.

The investment was valued at EUR 11 million, and the hotel offers 68 twin-bed rooms, some of them quite large, so extra beds can be set up, and a total of around 150 guests can be accommodated. One third of the capital was invested by the company Segrap, a third by the Ministry of the Economy and the other third came from bank loans.

In addition to its overnight facilities, the hotel offers high-quality and environment-friendly hotel, catering, wellness, medical and business services. Right in the construction phase, ecological standards were observed (ECO DAISY). The energy powering the hotel has been provided by means of a solar electric central heating system (photovoltaic). The whole complex is based on the exploitation of natural potentials – thermal water, a favourable climate and the natural features of the pleasant local environment. The rich and high-quality range of services is suitable for any guest seeking relaxation and pursuing a healthy lifestyle, with the chance of strengthening body and spirit in direct contact with nature. The facilities are also aimed at business, seminar and conference guests. The hotel promises that every guest who comes to the Bioterme spa complex will receive special attention from the staff, along with the highest possible standards of hotel excellence and comfort.

Each room comes with a fully equipped bathroom, with shower or bath, toilet, hair dryer, natural hygiene accessories, natural hotel cosmetic products, bath robe, digital TV, internet access, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings. The rooms run on clean energy, involving no power station smog, and are furnished with massive oiled wooden furniture. They have waxed wood flooring and are decorated in environment-friendly paints, and they boast magnificent views of the green surroundings or of the spa park.
