Invitation to Slovenia with Slovenian ski racer Tina Maze

As part of this autumn’s promotional activities, Slovenia invites you with an address by Tina Maze, the best Slovenian skier and, in the previous season, the world’s top alpine ski racer. In the video, Tina invites you to visit Slovenia – from unique Sečovlje salt pans, picturesque town of Piran, Plečnik`s Triple Bridge in Ljubljana, the alpine pearl Bled, pampering in Slovenian spas, Karst and other natural points of interest in Slovenia.

Tina Maze has been achieving outstanding results in alpine skiing for a number of years. In the previous season she broke record after record, and her accomplishments did not go unnoticed by the global public, even outside the realm of skiing.

Slovenia has therefore placed the best Slovenian skier at the centre of a campaign to promote Slovenia because Tina perfectly characterises Slovenia`s identity as a tourist destination – a green, active and healthy country.
