This culinary tour will treat you with a wide variety of tastes of central Slovenia. Taste the homemade regional specialties from Ljubljana to the foothills of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Treat your taste buds with a day of delights in the picturesque landscape and in the company of friendly locals.

This culinary tour takes you along the old streets of Ljubljana and the heart of the old town, the market, and continues towards the hills around the medieval town of Kamnik and to the town itself. The tour offers an exciting experience of central Slovenia where every dish is complemented by an extraordinary atmosphere of ancient towns and green nature.

- a tour of Ljubljana (2 h) and Kamnik (1 h 30 min) with a local tourist guide

Package 2: Slovenian culinary art - cooking workshop

Learn how to prepare an authentic Slovenian meal! Cook with the Cook Eat Slovenia team and discover the Slovenian culinary tradition and modern approaches to cooking. Conclude the workshop with a tasting session of Slovenian schnappses and homemade liquors.

The price of the package:

60 € / adult

25 € / child (6–14 years old)

Children under the age of 6: free admission.

The programme/timetable of the package:

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 6.45 PM in Gostilna dela restaurant in Ljubljana.

Duration: 3 h–3 h 30 min

Visit 6 restaurants in the centre of Ljubljana which are popular among Slovenian and foreign visitors. Discover the best dishes from different cuisines, from the traditional Slovenian cuisine to the Balkan dishes.
