Listen to the vibe of Slovenian towns. Experience Idrija, the oldest Slovenian mining town on UNESCO’s List of World Heritage sites. Novo mesto is the centre of Slovenian archaeological research of the early Iron Age. The medieval centres of Kranj, Škofja Loka and Radovljica are wonderfully preserved. The growth of Piran and Koper on the coast was driven by the success of the Venetian tradition. Explore the Town of Counts in the Savinja River Valley through its rich history and heritage of adventure. Spend the night at Celjska koča and spend an active day 650 metres above sea level or visit the Old Celje Castle, one of the oldest medieval castles in Slovenia, where the history of the Counts of Celje is set in stone.
