The centre of Ljubljana is enriched by the city’s largest park, Tivoli Park. You can set out in search of energy and revitalisation to the neighbouring hills or the Ljubljana Marshes, where the world’s oldest wooden wheel with an axle was found dating back 5,200 years. In the midst of the grassland and wetland of the Marshes, remnants of a thousand-year-old culture of pile-dwellers were discovered and entered on the UNESCO List of World Heritage sites.
