A new regular flight connection from Maribor to London

The representatives of Adria Airways, Aerodrom Maribor and London Southend Airport presented a new regular Adria Airways connection from Maribor to London at the Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport. The regular flight connection will run three times a week.

The largest Slovenian air carrier and a member of the Star Alliance, Adria Airways will again connect Slovenia with Great Britain. Maribor and London will be connected from June with a new timetable. Adria Airways will fly from the Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport to London Southend Airport. The company is very pleased with the new connection, because it has an exceptional strategic significance for the narrow local community and the broader region, including passengers from Ljubljana, Zagreb and Graz. Passengers who purchase tickets in the first two months will receive a free train ticket from Southend Airport to the centre of London.

Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport is only 10 kilometres from the city of Maribor. The capital of the Štajerska region is the second largest city in Slovenia, which with its vibrant atmosphere invites to you to wander its streets. Enjoy the Lent Festival, the largest outdoor festival in Slovenia, which takes place between 26 June and 11 July. The event takes place in the oldest part of Maribor and has been awarded several times by the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA).
