Ljubljana among Friendliest Cycling Cities

Ljubljana, the Green Capital of Europe 2016, is best discovered on foot or by bicycle. The Slovenian capital thus beat Vienna, Paris, Montreal and other cities. City cycling in Ljubljana began to develop as early as the late 1960s, when the city started building its cycling paths. Today the capital boasts over 133 km of cycling paths.
