The scent of Bohinj wild flowers in your mobile homes

The Slovenian Railways and Bohinj Tourist Board are proud to open a new parking area for mobile homes at the train station in Bohinjska Bistrica. Besides the natural beauty and wild flowers of one of the most stunning Alpine valleys, visitors with camper vans will be able to experience the adventurous Bohinj railway. Come along! Park your mobile home on a train and take a journey from the Alps to the Mediterranean, Nova Gorica and the Brda wine hills.

With the higher spring temperatures, the season of travelling with mobile homes has begun. At Bohinj, in the heart of the Triglav National Park in west Slovenia, the town has gained a new addition to their accommodation range – a new parking area for mobile homes with 22 places. In front of the parking area, guests can get tourist information about Bohinj, its attractions and outdoor activities. Bohinj is a perfect destination for bikers and hikers, known for its genuine hospitality. You can also calm your spirit while rowing across the surface of Lake Bohinj which mirrors the highest peaks of Julian Alps. Between 21st May and 5th June, visit the 10th International Wild Flower Festival to discover the most beautiful flowers of the mighty Alps and join the organised hiking trips.
